Hidden Fees! I was quoted one price for a computer and after I returned to the
Rent a Center to make a payment, hidden fees were added!! $12.00 Club cost. I did not sign up for a Club! When I asked why am I being charged additional fee of $12.00 the employee said it was part of the deal. If anyone decide to rent a computer from
Rent a Center please think before you do so. It will cost you entirely too
much money and they will not provide you with all the documents and back up drivers that comes with a new computer!

ITS LIKE THIS,,, SAVE 600 DOLLARS AND BY ONE AT A MALL OR STORE OR PAY 2200 IN THE LONG RUN AND HAVE IT AT UR FINGER TIPS RIGHT NOW , , OBVIOUSLY U CHOSE THE "RIGHT NOW " TITLE, ITS JUST LIKE A RELATIONSHIP - U RUSH U NEVER GET TO KNOW THE PERSON , THEN UR MARRIED , THEN FIND OUT WHO THEY REALLY ARE AND THEN U PAY FOR A DIVORCE - WELL IN UR CASE U PAID EXTRA IN THE LONG RUN AND JOINED A CLUB MANY DONT WANT IN , HAHAHAHA

All fees are hidden and the so call club / insurance charged do not cover customer after the equipment malfunction or get damage! Such A SCAM SHOULD be considered a felony or FRAUD IN DA FIRST DEGREE!!!!

this reply is a bit late. The fees are not hidden, you either accept them at the time of signing your agreement, or decline them. It is written in black and white, it's called Benefits plus. It is not a mandatory charge.
