Rent A Center complaint

As a customer of Rent A Center I have been discouraged with the behavior of the staff and managment at the 8th Street, Odessa Tx. What ever happened to Customer Service. My most recent encounter was with the manager, (name unknown), he was rude and disrespectful to me. Could you help me to understand if this behavior is acceptable? As an experienced manager and Sales representative I now understand why the other staff memebers at this location have the same behavior, they were shown my example, from the manager. I will discourage all my contacts from doing business at this location.

They hired a homosexual stalker named Larry Byrd to work with me when I worked there. I quit in October and he's still stalking me. He also told customers that he would get their "other" rental merchandise in his own car while we were getting rental merchandise from people's houses. Incredibly enough this merchandise didn't appear in the Rent-A-Center store! Don't rent from Rent-A-Center!
