I rented from rent a center in waterbury ct, they were very helpful to me. I paid them on time and never had a problem or any harassing calls. People pay what you owe on time and make it smooth for rent a center. Good job! Thankyou i will bo business with you again. I will tell all my friends about you. Only thieves hate rent a center.
Am sure somebody agree with me.

thats that bitchassness i was talking about you must work for rac and that trying to pump rac up nobody will ever go back to rac look at all the reviews 90 percent is people mad at rac what does that show you

General rule of thumb for RAC collection employee's is:
0 days late: Reminder call
1 day late: Remider call (add some urgency)
2 days late: Same as above + Work
3 days late: Same as above + Referrences
If we come into contact with the customer before the 3rd day, then we don't call references, there'd be no need to.

i just wrote the other question about being a day late.im not mad at rentacenter or anything in wich i have always paid my bill on time some time i do forget but i do pay it the next day to avoid late payment. im almost through paying for what i have. and i will rent again . but that question allways on my mind

The person who wrote that statement is more than likely someone who works for RAC. RAC has nothing but rude people, who has no customer service skills

YES EVERY WORD IS TRUE 85% OF MY CUSTOMERS HAVE NEVER GOTTON A PHONE CALL FROM ME, BECAUSE THEY PAY THEIR ACCOUNTS EACH WEEK, AS THE FORMER ARTICLE STATES ON CUSTOMERS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING GET A PHONE CALL
