Rent A Center complaint

Heah dead beats that don't pay your rent. You screw the rest of the customers that do. Here is a hint. Rental companies like customers that pay on time. If you gave your friend a ps3 and they are going to pay you in installments to pay it off and they don't, how happy are you going to be?

I have rented from a few places an Rent a Center actually has a better service program and I can return it at any time. You will oviously pay a little more but you get what you want now, with a small payment and can upgrade if it is not what you want.

We will see if talking to RAC helps. I am currently very unhappy with the RAC I am doing business with. I am purchasing a sofa and love seat. There was/is a problem with the love seat. They sent it for repairs. When it came back to me, the delivery guys actually dragged it, standing on its end, across the truck floor. They ruined the upholstery on that end. It's chocolate brown microfiber. The manager assures me they will repair it. I hope they have a better upholstery/repair than delivery crew. I also had a problem with a Whirlpool Duet washer. They brought it back saying there was not a problem. It shakes so hard on spin that the walls vibrate. Also, when it came back the rubber protectors on the screw on legs were destroyed. They were in perfect condition when it left my house. The legs had not been used because we have a pedastal base for the washer.

So, we will see. I should know in about a week.

YES WE DO APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY THEIR ACCOUNTS ON TIME, HOWEVER WE DO KNOW THAT THINGS HAPPEN AND IF EVERY CUSTOMER WOULD JUST CALL US AND TALK WITH US 9 OUT 10 TIMES WE CAN HELP
