I AM VERY DISGRUNTLED AT RENT A CENTER BECAUSE I WAS A WEEK LATE AND i AM ALMOST THROUGH WITH PAYING THIS IEM OFF LETS NOT FORGET THAT I OWE LIKE 600 DOLLARS AND TOLD ME I AM COMMITING A FELONY LIKE I WENT MORE THEN 30 DAYS PAST ON A PAYMENT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM OR EVER REFER THEM TO A FRIEND THESE PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY INGRATES THAT NEED HELP LEARNING CUSTMER CARE WHICH IN RETURN PEOPLE WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP/SPEND WITH YOU ALL BUT CALLING AND MAKING THREATENING PHONE I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY LOST THEIR MIND LEAVING SILLY MESSAGES ON MY PHONE GOING TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER ON THIS ONE

I WAS RENTING FROM RENTACENTER FOR OVER 5 YEARS I FEEL A MONTH BEHIND ON 1 ITEM AND THEY CALLED MY PHONE EVERY DAY 4 TIMES A DAY AND LEFT THREATING LETTERS ON MY DOOR STEP.i HAVE RENTED FROM THEM MANY YEARS AND I ALWAYS PAID I HAVE GOTTEN 6 THINGS FROM THEM AND THEY ARE ALL PAID OFF NOW THAT I FEEL 1 MONTH BEHIND THEY ARE THREATING ME AND ACTING AS THOUGH I AM A LOW LIFE CUSTOMER WHO HAS NO CREDIT AT ALL WELL TELL YOU WHAT RENT-A-CENTER...IM NOT PAYING THE REST OF THE ITEM OFF BECAUSE IT FEEL OFF MY TABLE AND BROKE SO YOU GET NOTHING AND ID LIKE TO SEE A JUDGE MAKE ME PAY OR PUT ME IN JAIL.*** OFF

if you've been steady making payments.

they suck,i had on more payment for my 90 days were up they knew my paydays were on mondays they set it for friday i called and went in,they said it wouldnt be a problem monday came they added 400.00 more so i told em 2 come get it.

if you pay your renewal payment on time you wouldn't have this problem. If you contacted that store in enough time to let them know you were going out of town insted of having them wonder if your stealing the merchandice because they havent heard from you, you wouldn't have this problem. If you weren't always past due on your payment it wouldn't be a problem. Think of it this way if someone owed you $600 and they committed to pay you X amount of $ every week, and then poof they were gone, no calls to you, no return calls, been by the house and no sign that anyone has been there for a week what would you think. A little communication goes a very long way in this line of buisness. THINK ABOUT IT JACKA$$ There are many different ways to help the customer in your situation not hurt you.

you don't know how ungratefull you people are. when we say pay your bill on time that means pay it on time, if you can't pay for it then you should'nt get it your poor morons.

See they shouldn't be threatening people now that's against the law. See I don't take that *** so the first time was threatening I told them to do what they got to do but I will be the next day and they didn't do anything. Sometimes it's just to scare you but don't get me wrong some companies can be serious about it. As far as completed your payment, your right about that. When you're almost done making a payment they do get stupid and want they stuff. That's why they make so much money cause they let you rent and pay as much as you can and when it's time for your last few payments they start acting like you never paid them, then people send their stuff back. First of all if I pay for something and I'm almost done I don't care no ones getting anything back especially after all the money I put into it. But $600 is much??
