I have been renting a washer and dryer combo from Rent 1st then rent 1st moved over to a rent a center on Sherman BLVD in Muskegon Michigan when the latch had broken on my washer door and I was unable too use due to it being all digital. called rent a center up right away too tell them they had too come fix it. Two weeks had passed and they still had not come out too fix it. when it was time for my payment they were blowing my phone up. told them that my washer still had not been fixed. there response was oh it has not I will check into that. Could not wait for these Jack ***** to come and fix it ,to wait for another week to get it fixed and haul my laundry to the laundry mat to wash anymore My husband had ran over too seaway appliances to see if they had the part, he ended up picking this part up for $5.00. faithfully made my payment that day and was treated very disrespectfully and rude. will never ever take my business back to rent a center 129ee47

I can't imagine paying that kind of interest on a TV or what not. However they call me soliciting ALL the time because they allowed someone to use me as a reference after I told them on the initial call NOT to. I think those places should be illegal! |
