why would you do this

I'm not w/k due to my sons illness

and took my son ssi c/k to purchase washer and it did not w/k i call the g/m and the reg manager thy put it in the shop twice and still shows the same code

washed a few loads and it stopped ag

call the sev center and the gm and was told it was not any thing thy could do so i lost my money and have to pay someone to care for my son so i can go wash this is sad

Rent a center is out to take advantage of the poor it worse then a pay day loan service.It should be shut down by the government.People should get together and file a lawsuit against them for harrsement and taking advantage of the poor.

We do have an option for you. While you are renting from us (as well as current on your payments) we do offer a 60 day drop off service. If you cannot afford your payments, simply call the local RAC and schedule a FREE pickup. They will pick your item up and freeze your payments for up to 60 days. Now about the service issues, you can always speak with the Store Manager (as well as the DM) about trading your item for the EXACT ITEM.
