Horrible cutomer service
Pissed off
I have been having a hard time making my payments. On Thursday I had my sister call and she paid one week.
She told them that I would call on Friday to make my next week's Payment Plus pay late fees. I had to work so I had a friend call and was going to make a $25 payment for the following week they would not accept the payment so they are going to get the *** back because I'm not going to put up with this they bully you and to me I shouldn't have to give the stuff back if they're going to bully people like that and be rude to people on the phone that's not right that's not a way to run business the store in Litchfield Illinois needs to be shut down or they need to change employees
Just want my money back, haven't had or received any product

Your manager for RAC for Indianapolis that is located in the EagleDale Plaza off of Lafayette rd came to my house today on 10/16/18 yelling at me because i missed one payment and i offered to pay more than half of the bill today and catch up the other $7.00 in a couple of days No that wasnt good enough for the fat *** that wanted to keep yelling at me for the merchandise. He can have the piece of crap back as soon as my daughters information is off of the computer and if its still resetting once they get here they can sit and wait for it to be done resetting i dont care how long that takes.
I will keep my business with Aarons they have better customer service, better product and better prices. I have definitely learned a lesson i will never use another Rent A Center again.

I told my store to come pick my merchandise up after my home was broken into, just because I had other things to deal with and they didn’t care at all to work with me on it. So they told me a specific date and time that they were going to get it.
I stayed home from work all day and nothing. I then get a letter saying that they missed me and that after multiple attempts I have three days to return my merchandise.
So now they aren’t even giving me the regional managers number and said she would probably not call me. Now I’m being threatened to have charges filed against me. ***
The rudest rep
I got a washer and dryer from the near by Rent a Center off Floyd Rd in Mableton GA about two weeks ago. I setup to make payments according to when I get paid, but the employees were calling me anyways.The employee that called was extremely disrespectful provoking me to come into the store face to face.
Then when I got there, he was determine to play the victim because apparently his unprofessional tactics have never been challenged. Again the day before the payment was due another employee was calling leaving messages .... Nope I'm not paying anything come get your stuff. I specifically told the guy in the store, I'm not going to deal with them because of their improper recording keeping.
Now after three days late after the payment was due I am receiving threats that they are going to report to the police that I am stealing their property.
News flash, I have the text messages that proves they are complete liars.
I will be bringing charges against Rent a Center for harassment and defamation.
These employees are not suited to run anyone's business and they should ensure that they know the law before making threats. Bad thing was, I was going to pay the entire balance of the merchandise out right lol, oops bet they didn't know that.....I can take my money somewhere else.

Yes you need to honor the contract you signed. Thieft of leased property does not excuse you from the legal obligation of making the agreed payments at the agreed time.
All of this is well defined in the Rental Agreement. I would suggest you file a claim with your home owners or renters insurance.
