Oct 16th 2017, Concord nh. I went into Rent A Center to make my 3rd payment and wanted to put 500.00 on my furnature , the associate asked me if I could afford to do that., I was taken back by that offensive question, as the associate then went on and said I just wanna make sure you can do that because I don't want you to come back in here if you made a mistake and want your money back.
Wow, how rude and disrespectful.
I called the manager today and complained., I'm sure it will get swept under the rug, and continue , so I thought I would bring my complaint online. M.
