Oct 16th 2017, Concord nh.I went into Rent A Center to make my 3rd payment and wanted to put 500.00 on my furnature , the associate asked me if I could afford to do that., I was taken back by that offensive question, as the associate then went on and said I just wanna make sure you can do that because I don't want you to come back in here if you made a mistake and want your money back.

Wow, how rude and disrespectful.

I called the manager today and complained., I'm sure it will get swept under the rug, and continue , so I thought I would bring my complaint online.M.

That's not rude and disrespectful.

It was thoughtful and possibly helpful.

Anyone with $500 cash usually buys furniture, not rentals.

And the guy didn't invent the customer returns for the money scenario.

It has happened to him before.

It's obvious you're embarrassed by your financial status or some other issue. Verdict : you are too sensitive in addition to being financially challenged.
