I had paid a large amount 3 weeks ago in order to pay down my account sooner. I spoke with lizzette at the Pasadena ca location on Lake Ave.

However, soon after that, I started getting messages from RAC stating, that I had not paid my monthly payment for February. Then the following week a received a call from a stupid, stupid woman by the name of Sandivel C. She stated, that I had not paid my monthly payment. I told her to look at my account prior to calling the client, she stated, that she had.

Obviously she did not, otherwise, she would have seen, that I had paid $726.41 two weeks prior. She then preceded to say, that the $726.41 would not count towards the monthly bill. This does not make any sense, she is so stupid she can't read and certainly has zero judgment. She continued to call me 3 different times while I was at work.

This is unacceptable, why would anyone harras the customers while they are at work?? Now I see why RAC has such low stars and poor reviews! The people that they hire are obviously working for a measly $20.00/hr. RAC should at least hire people that completed high school!

I just called this afternoon to pay off my account of $811.99, I spoke with Johnathan, another dummy! I told him, that I wanted to pay off my account and he was so quick to answer " oh you can't do that over the phone, you need to come into the center" When I mentioned, that I had paid a large amount a few weeks ago. Then he states, oh let me speak with a manager. This is what I am talking about, these clerks are quick to give any old answer and they don't bother to ask before they make statements like this to the customers.

I called the 800 # 4 days ago to make a complaint ticket # 816419 spoke with a Windle. He stated, that Jacob the manager would call me within 48hr. Well, we are going on the 4th day now and I have NOT heard back from anyone. I called the 800# today and spoke with Veronica, she attempted to reach out the this Jacob person, but of course, he did not answer.

Veronica stated, that he has a couple of hrs to call back and if he does not, that I need to call back so that they can escalate to the person above him. This is what I am talking about, I should not have to be going through this. The so-called manager doesn't follow up with any customer complaints.

How does RAC expect to received good reviews if the managers are non-responsive?? I am going to make sure, that all of my family, friends, and colleagues know how RAC treat their customers!!
