Rent A Center - Not even worth a phone call
I spoke to a manager by the name of Erica about a dryer. She had me scheduled for deliver Tuesday ( May 16th) between 12-2p.m.
I had some things come up so I called and rescheduled for Wednesday ( May 17th) between 12-2 p.m. So 2 o clock rolls around and there is no RAC truck in sight. I call the store only to find out that no one in that store actually did their jobs and went and picked it up from the store I guess they were getting it from ( which was not disclosed to me until now) so now I have a delivery date of Friday. The worse part is I am not even worth a simple phone call to explain the situation.
When the delivery truck rolled out they knew that my stuff wasn't on that truck. A simple phone call would have been nice.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Rent A Center Cons: Horrible customer service.
