District Manager, Tiffany Watson and Regional Director Jeremy Archer are extremely unprofessional. They are people that have been put in power but they will not return calls or take care of any issues at hand.

I am not even a client of the Business. I have rentals and they have in the past rented or sold their product to some of my tenants. They left a refrigerator in one of my Apartments and would not come and get it. I was invited to come down to the store by an assistant Manager to fight him I told him to come and get their refrigerator.

I called the company and they said I would get a call from the District Manger, Tiffany Watson and 4 days later I receive a phone call after I called back and complained. She did nothing!!! I then asked for the Regional Manager, Jeremy Archer to call me. He totally blew me off and in the notes stated that he does not think he needs to call me.

Really!!!! The Company is no longer welcome on my property and they will be charged with trespassing.

I can't even get corporate to reply to me...the store manager Sean herren won't even speak with me...I have broken, (even stopped on equipment, by someone at one time)....first they refused to pick them up, now they want payment from me....this is the most unproffesional company I have ever come in contact with. Please even if you have no other route to take because of bad credit, please please for your sake avoid Rent a Center at all costs.

They are unbelievably unprofessional, even picking fights.....won't be able to reach anyone that can provide some sort of professionalism, I promise you will be disappointed and frustrated very early on....even the regular sales staff such as Kristin, has been absolutely no help, argues constantly and refuses to put management on the line...she herself is rude, as unprofessional as they come and so argumentative and absolutely useless makes you wonder where customer service has gone....I believe I will be taken advantage of horribly with this deal....I just really don't want anyone else to go through this. I promise it is not anger, this is truly a horrible business!

Fulton has went down hill we are complaining on them cuz they call to much a gave us a chewing for letting something go back as far as I remember they said we could let it come back when ever an they chew us out.

Keep the fridge. Jeremy was in jail in Alaska for a while, I don't know if that helps... And Tiffany could care less

Just admit it u threatened the employee because u threw a sissy fit when they said no they don't want the fridge back
