The account I had was closed , I went to Africa for 90 days, and my daughter didn't pay for the living room couch. It was used when I got it and they was asking for a lot, okay I rerented the same item its damage, and they still charging the same price mind you I had it in my possession for almost a year, before it was pick up for non- payments.

My question is how the total price remains the same when time goes by and it's damage, if one is paying over $1.000.00 for a couch 1.

It shouldn't be damaged 2. It should be in like new condition to stand for the time, I'm very disappointed with Rent a Center y'all are really taking advantage of poor people or people who have bad credit
