I had the same experience with RAC. I live in Virginia and the delivery driver was very touchy, feely with me when arriving at my apartment, but unlike 6617 - I did set him straight and called the office.

I spoke to the manager and he told me that he would take care of the situation. The driver did call and apologize to me. So yes....this *** does happen!!! But it is up to the victim to report it.

If they think they can get away with it...they will try it. So ever think just because a company has a certain policy - that the drivers will adhere to it.

Why would you call the store manager instead of the police? And you're comfortable with an "apology"???

I have to agree with cohena2 ... gotta be bogus.
