Why are people so mean how did this turn from being about the bad quality of rent a center to the weight of the child you should be ashamed all of you who called this child out of name. You bully you. I apologize to the child for you and I am ashamed for you

Rude and unperfessional

i was renting to own a washer dryer combo in december of 2020 my dryer quit working so they sent a loaner and took the dryer to be serviced its now going into july still no dryer returned but they call when the payments due calling everybody they can to get payment i wanted to pay the washer and dryer off but with no dryer that i agreed to rent i dont want stuck with the loaner i have asked everytime they say ill have our manager call never hear from them so pissed

I was lied to replaceing my couch when i was told out right that i would get a new one

Unable to get in touch with the corporate office. Waiting since the beginning of Covid to have my couch replaced. Now told since I have paid it off it will not get replaced.

Manager has anger issues

I have delt with him two issues in last year one he chased me out side when we had a. Argument and nothing happened his name is Austin in Bradenton Fl location on 14th street . Not only that I expressed over ten times not to keep my card on file its under my wifes name and she has a card on file . He had pulled three times without permission I talked to him and he fusses back and this time not only did he threaten me with cops because he put a computer on my wifes account for me he accused me of stealing it because I said I will call corporate well last two days I have called over a hr

Fraud on. My account

Local store demands a picture of my debt card so the store can use my debt card as the store feels free to use my card as they see fit

User's recommendation: Not at this time do to fraud be done by your company your store has demanded that I give them picture of my cards and to get them a debt card from my checking account. And drop it off at the store so they can use it anytime they want.

The management from the corporate Center working with me still ongoing so we will know soon enough the previous management always took care of us this one hard *** about everything 1 worker tried to keep me as a customer and the manager completely told me no cant help you we have to take it back from you I believe someone else wants it and he wants to sell it to them

Terrible service

I purchased a love seat and couch and always paid for the warranty. The love seat material cracked and a board broke in the back so I contacted the manager at the Kittanning store and she said it was under warranty so 2 weeks later she said they sent a replacement but it was the wrong color so she said she would get the right one. 3 months later I called to see what was going on and she tells me they are not warranting it. In the mean time I was still pay the insurance on it. So I was lied to. I was a customer for at least 10 years and this product should be replaced

I'm a little more than 2 weeks behind on my furniture payment and the manager of the local rentacenter came to my house and threatened to take my furniture away. I asked him if we could refinance it and he said he'd look into it. Two days later I received a letter in the mail telling me it was my final notice. I've bought 2 sets of furniture and a chromebook from them this year and made all the payments up to 3 weeks ago

User's recommendation: Save up and pay cash for your appliances and furniture and don't go to rentacenter, Butler, Pa for anything.

Poor Customer Service Skills

The Renter Center located in the Hawkins Plaza is the most unprofessional group of people I have come in contact with as far as business and customer service (not including a man name Earl). This was my first experience with Renter Center and I will never again do any transactions with these ignorant people! They also dont wear masks!

My have been used to cash my stimulus check a day before me and my ex wife cashed it at the bank

A camo labtop was brought in by a Amanda Simmons to ur uhrichville Ohio Rent a cedo not erase anything from it untill i can view my bank account because there a possibility that a check was used on there to cash it and she didn't have any permission contact your uhrichville Ohio rent a center and don't erase anything from her tablet or computer until i can call my bank

I paid one hundred twenty dollars. They came to deliver dining table and tv then the rep laughed and embarrassed me speaking loud "Your landlord says you are behind in your rent and he barges in my door and disassembles everything! I tried to xplaun that there was a mistake and called the store, emailed a copy of my rent payment but no one will call me. This was 3 to 4 weeks ago. I spoke with Orlando several times and U have no explantion. Now he says he's busy. It seems like they won off me. Hey should have talked to my landlord before they came. They have even tried to call my landlord. My phone number s 832983****.

This is ridiculous me an my wife been with you guys 2 and a half years

I returned a laptop to be fixed cause it was stuck in boot up mode an the loaner they gave me is doing the exact same thing ridiculous

Poor customer service

I stopped in to make a payment and was addressed by a customer service rep, and adv6him that I wanted to make a payment. After pulling up my info I offered him a cash payment and he advised me that he couldn't take the payment w/o a credit/debit card on file b/c of my late payments. I in turn advised him that I had always paid in cash and again he told me he wasn't taking it w/o card on file. (This was done as the manager stood next to him allegedly assisting another customer.) The rep then advised me that he was coming to pick my frig up by 5 that day and I respectfully told him to try it, Stay hunlB4 leaving the store.
