We have bought a computer from you and paid in advance. It took 5 times to make it work.

We then purchase a sofa and love seat This had to be repaired 2 times before they got it right. The employees damaged it Put 2 tears in it that were not there when purchased. They refused to fix it and said we could pick out something else. We were told we would lose all the money that we already invested in that.

They never show up when they say. Why should we have to pay for your employees damage? We are buying are large screen TV elsewhere Troy is a fast talker and lies.

You got us this time but you lost a good customer. The store is so dirty it needs someone who cares.
